Refund Policy

• Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are available if Writifie fails to meet the original order requirements or if the work significantly deviates from the provided instructions.
• Partial Refunds: If only part of the order is unsatisfactory, Writifie may offer a partial refund based on the level of dissatisfaction.
• Refund Time Frame: Refund requests must be submitted within a specific period (usually 14 days) after receiving the completed project.
• Case-by-Case Basis: Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, considering the nature of the issue and the original agreement.

Non-Refundable Situations: Refunds may not be available if revisions were requested and completed, or if the dissatisfaction is based on  new requirements not included in the original order.
